Backyard Dinner Party

09/25/2014 · Leave a Comment

Not so long ago, we threw a backyard dinner party for Emma’s one year anniversary. Set on our back porch, the evening captured everything I love at Emma.

While the theme of the evening was not “repurpose,” that is certainly what it seemed. We didn’t have a tablecloth long enough to fit the tables we joined together, so thrifted sheets substituted a traditional tablecloth and we paired it with mint and white striped napkins. The glasses were made from recycled wine bottles from Refresh Glass. Fiori Dloral Design expertly pulled together bouquets in dotted milk glass vessels from Afloral.com.

Under the subtle glow of string lights, Emma’s contributors chatted into the night. A perfect evening spent among friends.
